Network Simulator-Pulse Extenders

These units consist of a specific length of optical fiber which the
technician can use to check the operation of sources, power meters,
backreflection test sets, network spans at point of entry, and
inspection of suspected problems within the "dead zone"
encountered when performing OTDR fiber inspection tests.
Can also be utilized as an optical mode srtipper.

Fiber span simulators can be ordered with options to accomodate
any test/calibration criteria required. Specific splices and lengths
can be ordered for tracking proper OTDR operation.

Designed with Corning SMF-28 optical fiber having a 1 km length or
customized as required, including splices at strategic points.
Specify the connector type desired when ordering.
